Joni Grant

Joni retired from a 30 year IT career to focus on Personal Training for seniors and those new to the fitness scene.  She is 61 and an active powerlifter and holds the Ill State and National record for her age and weight class.  Joni believes that anyone can improve their fitness level regardless of age and current state.   Joni will soon be leading group classes in the Jakked Gym Senior Fitness Studio and is available for one-on-one training in the Studio or on the main gym floor.
