Kim has been actively interested in fitness for over 20 years. Her job as a paramedic and firefighter began her love for weight lifting and training in muscular endurance.
In 2009, she decided to begin competing in various athletic areas, beginning with the Hustle Up the Hancock (a stair climbing event up the John Hancock building). She has participated in this event annually since then.
She is also a 3 time bikini competitor for the UFE, finishing in the top 6 each time and is a track runner with recent 2nd place medals in the 200 and 400 meter dash.
Kim brings her enthusiasm for fitness as well as a thorough knowledge of body mechanics to the personal training world. She trains people of all ages and fitness experience.
